Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY

No returns, only exchanges. 

1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. 

If product is received damaged, Please share images/ videos within 24 hours of delivery at shopaayeni@gmail.com

4. Exceptions:
The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Customized products

• Pre-draped sarees

• Products bought during sales
